High School Principal
The High School Principal will provide leadership, motivation and innovation for 980 students and 120 staff. The successful candidate will have proven record of:
- Student-centered approaches to program and service development and improvement
- Instructional leadership

- Strong development of relationships among students, families and staff with commitment to social and emotional learning/restorative practices
- Skillful management, delegation and commitment fostered through communication and collaboration
- Demonstration of integrity, ethics, honesty and a focus on continual growth and learning as a leader.
The Principal will oversee a comprehensive high school program that promotes student success in academics, athletics, and the arts in preparation for further education, career, and/or work. Experience in secondary school programming; teacher supervision and evaluation; staffing and scheduling; attendance and discipline; data-driven decision-making to support student success; budgeting and education instructional technology are required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Pennsylvania Certificate as Secondary Principal
- Master's degree in Education
- Three (3) years of experience in a Secondary Administrative Position as well as five (5) years of teaching experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to read and analyze data sets for action planning
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstration of problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manager physical and organizational project, including budget, time management, and team collaboration.
Terms of Employment
- Full-time, 12-month position working 225 days.
- Regionally competive salary based on experience.
