Instructional Coach
The Perkiomen Valley School District is seeking an Instructional Coach to support teaching and learning across the district. This position is a full-time contracted position available at the beginning of the 2021-2022 school year.
Position Description
The purpose of this position is to enrich and support teaching and learning in order for all students to meet academic standards and show continued growth. The Instructional Coach will be responsible for supporting:
- Inclusionary practices for the benefit of all students
- District personnel in effective use of best practices to support instruction
- Integration of modern resources to enhance learning opportunities
- Analysis of academic performance data to drive instruction
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge of best practices of instruction, knowledge of special education accommodations and modifications, technology integration, and professional development.
Qualifications:
This position requires Pennsylvania Level II Teaching Certification.
An Instructional Coaching Endorsement is preferred.
Compensation:
The starting salary will be determined as outlined in the Perkiomen Valley Education Association Agreement.
