
Robotics and Automated Technology Instructor
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching the competency-based curriculum as validated by the Occupational Advisory Committee. Curriculum covers concepts in the area(s) of electrical, motor controls, pneumatics, hydraulics, programmable logic controls, and automated design. Must possess/ be eligible for PA Certification in Electro-Mechanical Technology – 2109 (CIP Code 15.0403). The instructor will conduct all classroom activities as well as other professional duties as required. Anticipated start - November 2023.
Experience:
Four (4) years of documented wage-earning experience in related industry.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of current trends in the industry
- Instructional/motivational techniques
- Technology as an instructional tool
- Background clearances as per PA School Code
- Must be willing to fulfill teaching certification requirements through Temple University.
